Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSNARE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,013 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSNARE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Positive regulation of ceramide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TSNARE1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNARE1-to-partner and partner-to-TSNARE1 results are reported.
