Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSNARE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSNARE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF831, TAFA1, and CENPVL1. Each is linked with TSNARE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNARE1-to-partner and partner-to-TSNARE1 results are reported.
