Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSLP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,529 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSLP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, SLC35A4, and DLEC1P1. Each is linked with TSLP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSLP-to-partner and partner-to-TSLP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B grouped by TSLP-low versus TSLP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSLP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSLP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
