Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSLP RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TSLP data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TSLP RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSLP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUSC show a favorable association.
BRCA, UVM, and SCLC are the cancer types where TSLP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
