TSKU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSKU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,760 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSKU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPME1, UGDH, and CYFIP2. Each is linked with TSKU in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSKU-to-partner and partner-to-TSKU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSKU versus PPME1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSKU→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSKU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
