TSKU

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSKU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,096 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSKU-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLIC6, ITK, and SLC2A1. Each is linked with TSKU in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSKU-to-partner and partner-to-TSKU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSKU versus CLIC6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSKU→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSKU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
