Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSKU RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,515 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSKU-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEM1B, SLC44A1, and PTPRU. Each is linked with TSKU in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSKU-to-partner and partner-to-TSKU results are reported.
