Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHZ2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 889 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RORA-AS2, MCM5, and GINS1. Each is linked with TSHZ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHZ2-to-partner and partner-to-TSHZ2 results are reported.
