TSHB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 285 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, MTG2, and TCFL5. Each is linked with TSHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHB-to-partner and partner-to-TSHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSHB versus LGALS2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
