TSEN15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,962 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, IPO9, and PRCC. Each is linked with TSEN15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN15-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSEN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSEN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
