Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSEN15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TSEN15 data layer compared with 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher TSEN15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSEN15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and THYM show a favorable association.

KIRP, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TSEN15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
