Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,666 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSEN15-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPL, NUF2, and FAM72A. Each is linked with TSEN15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN15-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSEN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSEN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
