Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSEN15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,193 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, and Nuclear division. Each is linked with TSEN15 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN15-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN15 results are reported.
