Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,447 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKD1, CIAO3, and MAPK8IP3. Each is linked with TSC2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC2-to-partner and partner-to-TSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSC2 versus PKD1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
