TRUB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRUB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,119 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRUB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLRX3, NHLRC2, and BCCIP. Each is linked with TRUB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRUB1-to-partner and partner-to-TRUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRUB1 versus GLRX3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
