TRUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H12, RNA5SP447, and NF1P6. Each is linked with TRUB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRUB1-to-partner and partner-to-TRUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H12 grouped by TRUB1-low versus TRUB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
