TRUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Monocytes, CD4+ Tcm, and CD4+ Tem. Each is linked with TRUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRUB1-to-partner and partner-to-TRUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Monocytes grouped by TRUB1-low versus TRUB1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
