TRUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTNR1B, SIGLEC7, and IDI2. Each is linked with TRUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRUB1-to-partner and partner-to-TRUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTNR1B grouped by TRUB1-low versus TRUB1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
