TRPV4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPV4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,073 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAM, S100A10, and C1S. Each is linked with TRPV4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPV4 versus ITGAM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPV4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPV4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
