TRPV4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPV4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,088 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUT6, TTLL10, and ZBTB7C. Each is linked with TRPV4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPV4 versus FUT6 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPV4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPV4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
