TRPV4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPV4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,815 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F17, ACTR5, and CORO2B. Each is linked with TRPV4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F17 grouped by TRPV4-low versus TRPV4-high in PAAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPV4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPV4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
