TRPV4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPV4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 861 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6B, GSR, and QRSL1. Each is linked with TRPV4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNRC6B grouped by TRPV4-low versus TRPV4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPV4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPV4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
