TRPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,748 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52B2, SERPINB11, and NDUFAF4. Each is linked with TRPS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPS1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52B2 grouped by TRPS1-low versus TRPS1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
