TRPM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,927 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDXDC1, CAPN1, and NPM1_S254. Each is linked with TRPM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPM4 versus PDXDC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
