TRPM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,183 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTK6, KLRG1, and MPZL2. Each is linked with TRPM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPM4 versus PTK6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
