TRPM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,297 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-4P, CYCSP35, and CENPU. Each is linked with TRPM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-4P grouped by TRPM4-low versus TRPM4-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
