Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,412 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purkinje myocyte action potential, Purkinje myocyte to ventricular cardiac muscle cell signaling, and Membrane depolarization during Purkinje myocyte cell action potential. Each is linked with TRPM4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM4 results are reported.
