TRPM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 941 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP29, PPIAL4D, and IFNA5. Each is linked with TRPM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP29 grouped by TRPM4-low versus TRPM4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
