TRPM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,144 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STXBP1, ADD1, and JPT1. Each is linked with TRPM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM3-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPM3 versus STXBP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
