TRPM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,143 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE3, COCH, and CPNE6. Each is linked with TRPM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM3-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPM3 versus RNASE3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
