TRPM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,290 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIP, LCE2A, and HPS4. Each is linked with TRPM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM3-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIP grouped by TRPM3-low versus TRPM3-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
