TRPC4AP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC4AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,604 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC4AP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAU1, ITCH, and AAR2. Each is linked with TRPC4AP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC4AP-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC4AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC4AP versus STAU1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC4AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC4AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
