Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC4AP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,100 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPC4AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK5RAP1, E2F1, and CENPO. Each is linked with TRPC4AP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC4AP-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC4AP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC4AP versus CDK5RAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC4AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC4AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
