Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC4AP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPC4AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Cyclin-B1, and PKC-a_pS657. Each is linked with TRPC4AP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC4AP-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC4AP results are reported.
