Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPC4AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,421 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPC4AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFGEF2, SERINC3, and RALGAPB. Each is linked with TRPC4AP in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC4AP-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC4AP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC4AP versus ARFGEF2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC4AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC4AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
