TRPC4AP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPC4AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,106 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC4AP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic centrosome separation, Golgi vesicle transport, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with TRPC4AP in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC4AP-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC4AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic centrosome separation grouped by TRPC4AP-low versus TRPC4AP-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC4AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC4AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
