Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRNAU1AP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,670 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRNAU1AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF15, VRK1, and RFC5. Each is linked with TRNAU1AP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNAU1AP-to-partner and partner-to-TRNAU1AP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRNAU1AP versus KIF15 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRNAU1AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRNAU1AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
