Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRNAU1AP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRNAU1AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC11 and GALP. Each is linked with TRNAU1AP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNAU1AP-to-partner and partner-to-TRNAU1AP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC11 grouped by TRNAU1AP-low versus TRNAU1AP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
