TRMT9B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT9B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,762 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMX2P1, INTS9, and DNAJC16. Each is linked with TRMT9B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT9B-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMX2P1 grouped by TRMT9B-low versus TRMT9B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
