TRMT11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,620 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC40, HBS1L, and PHF3. Each is linked with TRMT11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT11-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT11 versus CDC40 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
