Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRMT11 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TRMT11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LGG show a favorable association.
CESC, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where TRMT11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
