Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT10B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT10B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, RN7SL654P, and CCL5. Each is linked with TRMT10B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10B-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by TRMT10B-low versus TRMT10B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
