Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT10B RNA is linked to patient survival in 29 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRMT10B data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TRMT10B RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT10B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and PAAD show a favorable association.
BRCA, PAAD, and ACC are the cancer types where TRMT10B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
