TRMO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRMO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMO-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCYGR10, OR1A1, and LCE2A. Each is linked with TRMO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMO-to-partner and partner-to-TRMO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCYGR10 grouped by TRMO-low versus TRMO-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
