Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,566 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DTYMK, PPP1R7, and ATG16L1. Each is linked with TRIP12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP12-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIP12 versus DTYMK in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
