TRIP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,919 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHM3, OTUD6A, and OR4N2. Each is linked with TRIP12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP12-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHM3 grouped by TRIP12-low versus TRIP12-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
