Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM72 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM72-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Protein stabilization, and Regulation of membrane permeability. Each is linked with TRIM72 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM72-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM72 results are reported.
