TRIM72

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM72-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-79P, SNX33P1, and RNU6-380P. Each is linked with TRIM72 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM72-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-79P grouped by TRIM72-low versus TRIM72-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM72→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
