TRIM72

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 136 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM72-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNU13, USP14, and SEMA3G. Each is linked with TRIM72 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM72-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNU13 grouped by TRIM72-low versus TRIM72-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM72→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
