TRIM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDJ2, RN7SKP43, and BNIP3P2. Each is linked with TRIM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDJ2 grouped by TRIM7-low versus TRIM7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
